I thought this couple could make for some really interesting hybrids. Both parents have strong traits, with orbs squat colorful pitchers completely contrasting tentaculata's slender green bodies and pinched mouths! These should make for some fun-looking plants! Probably would say best Intermediate to lowland. Growing fine in our highland.
The main image shows the parents used. Small seed-grown plants. Shipped potted.
This plant prefers intermediate conditions. It can be kept between 78-84F in the day and would benefit from nights in the '60s. Nepenthes can acclimate to lower humidity levels, although the best results will be seen with a relative humidity range between 75-80%. Bright, indirect light and pure water.
