Shipping policy
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. Processing time takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks. We do not ship outside of the USA.
We are not responsible for lost, stole or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. A description and photos are required for us to best asses the situation.
We do not accept returns and we reserve the right to deny refunds.
By purchasing our products, you agree to all the above.
Cost and Time
We ship our plants via USPS Priority Mail and charge a flat rate of $12.99. Packages can take anywhere from 2-3 days to arrive. Priority Mail Express is another option we offer. It's a flat rate of $38.00 usually arriving the next day. Live plants take time to package and if we are experiencing a large amount of orders, it may take us a few extra days to process them. Orders are typically out within 5-7 days after placing them. If our weather forecast is below 25F we will hold plants here and resume once the weather warms up to 30F+ degrees.
Tracking
After we ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your order on our website or at www.USPS.com.
Live Arrival Guarantee
- We stand behind our plants and guarantee live and healthy arrival. Browning pitchers and snapped tendrils can happen during shipping. This is completely normal, even though we aim for perfection.
If any issues, contact us within 24 hours. Email us at info@redleafexotics.com with pictures and a description of what's going on. We will respond within 24 hours to assess your case.
- If we decide to proceed, we will send another plant(s) or issue an in-store credit. We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements without proper proof or reason.
- Our guarantee does not apply to lost or stolen packages or USPS priority mail service.
- From November to March, our guarantee only applies to orders with a heat pack and express shipping.
