We ship all of our plants via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments usually take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to reach the final destination. Each package automatically comes with $50 insurance. This service is usually reliable but varies around the Holidays. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. For any questions on delayed or un-updated packages, please contact USPS. We only ship within the USA.
This option is available by request only. Please email us with your order number and ‘EXPRESS SHIPPING’ in the subject line. We suggest this for larger orders or shipping during the cold winter months. The price varies on weight and destination. We will invoice you the additional cost.
Nepenthes take a while to package properly, especially large specimens. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. When there’s a high volume of orders placed, we split them between the two days. If there are more than we can handle in those two days, we will ship the following week.
Live-arrival guaranteed. We do our best to pack everything safely. If your plant arrives dead or in unacceptable conditions, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com. For refunds, please follow these guidelines and terms.
- You must provide us with photos of the exact plant(s) and a description with the reason for the damage if any. We will make a decision based on your case.
- Packages that have been mishandled or delayed by the postal service may not qualify.
- We can’t guarantee live arrival if the temperature is below 35F. Please check your local weather and let us know if we need to hold your order.
