Nepenthes spectabilis is native to Sumatra and there are quite a few forms. They are known for their greenish pitchers heavily streaked in purple and loads of stripes! The G. Bandahara is a giant form and produces lovely reddish leaves! These are seed grown plants from Christian Klein.

This plant prefers Intermediate condition. It should be kept between 78-84F in the day and would benefit from cooler nights on the 60’s. Nepenthes can acclimate to lower humidity levels, although the best results will be seen in 70-80% range. Bright, indirect light and pure water.
