This species is endemic to the island of Phang Nga off the coast of Thailand and is thought to be an extreme form of the mainland population of N. mirabilis. They produce very squat pitchers with large wings and create an eye-catching specimen! This is the first horticultural release in the US between our two spectacular forms. They love warmth, high humidity, and not too bright.
The main images show our larger specimens. The last image shows the seedling size we are offering. This plant will be shipped in a pot.
This plant prefers lowland conditions. It should be kept between 80-88F in the day and doesn't require a temperature drop. Temperatures under 60F should be avoided. 75-80%+ humidity. Bright, indirect light, and pure water.
