Small. Seed-grown.
This species is native to Borneo, Malaysia, and Sumatra. Its name refers to the white band of trichomes around the pitcher brim. This is a distinct characteristic of the species and termites find it irresistible! Nepenthes albomarginata is very easy to grow under typical lowland conditions.
This plant prefers lowland conditions. It should be kept between 84-90F, with nights no lower than 65F. Nepenthes can acclimate to lower humidity levels, although the best results will be seen with a relative humidity of around 80%. Bright, indirect light, and pure water.
