This Central and South American native grows epiphytically (on trees) in the wild. It makes a great houseplant and prefers bright indirect light and good humidity. The large, oval leaves can grow to 3 feet across and long, with bright white veining! Warm, humid conditions will help this plant grow quickly. These didn't grow much in our cooler greenhouse. Slow-release fertilizer preferred.
Rooted cuttings from our stock plant. Shipped in a pot.
