An exceptional Ecuadorian species that can only be found growing in the provinces of Morona-Santiago and Zamora-Chinchipe in the lower Andes. This is one for the serious plant nerd! A. cutucuense produces lovely tri-lobed leaves that have a blue cast to them and bullate texture. Contrasted by the red stems, this is one striking plant! One of the more challenging species and dislikes warm/hot conditions. It prefers temperatures between 57-75F. This gem is hard to come by and one for the rare plant hoarder!
Warm tropical conditions. Seed-grown.
